At Swift Innovations, we carefully pack and ship cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, packaging, and related formulation supplies to help ensure orders arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during holidays, busy periods, inventory updates, or for bulk and special-order items.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the destination, shipping method selected, weather, and any carrier delays.

Swift Innovations may use different shipping carriers or courier services depending on the order size, product type, destination, shipping restrictions, and service availability.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Swift Innovations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@swiftinnovations.ca. We will do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, changes may not be possible.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available from our Ponoka, Alberta location. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

If a package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, we will assist where possible. Refunds or replacements may depend on the carrier’s investigation and claim outcome.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to product type, quantity, destination, or carrier rules. This may apply to certain liquids, oils, fragrance materials, chemicals, powders, or bulk orders. If a shipping issue applies to your order, our team will contact you.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import rules, or additional charges that may apply.
