Return & Refund Policy

At Swift Innovations Inc., we take care to provide quality cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, packaging, and related products. Due to the nature of these items, and to protect product safety, purity, and integrity, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most products once they have been shipped.

No Returns or Exchanges on Ingredients

For safety and quality reasons, cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, fragrance oils, essential oils, actives, preservatives, extracts, and other formulation materials cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment.

This policy applies to both retail and wholesale orders.

Packaging Products

Packaging items may be eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and approved by Swift Innovations in advance. Return requests for packaging must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Swift Innovations.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

Order Review

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, cancel items, or combine orders.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our part.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Wholesale, bulk, custom, special order, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
